Long story short, the happier our employees make you; the more money they're able to earn with our company. Allowing our employees to determine their own compensation level means that they'll act like an owner. Owners care because money is at stake. And that's the exact reason we let our customers tell us what to pay our employees. Because we want our employees to care.
