Ron is the President of Two Maids & A Mop - the only cleaning company in the world that lets its customers run the business. You run the show from start to finish. And you run it based on your satisfaction level. Your feedback from each cleaning determines our employees' compensation level. Long story short, the happier our employees make you; the more money they're able to earn with our company. Allowing our employees to determine their own compensation level means that they'll act like an owner. Owners care because money is at stake. And that's the exact reason we let our customers tell us what to pay our employees. Because we want our employees to care.
